When entering, it is impossible to maintain a high-pressure environment, so the pressure of the machine will be large and small, and the sprayed paint will be thin and thick.
The machine pressure is reduced, resulting in unstable work, the stroke can not keep up, so the paint sprayed out by the spray gun will be uneven, so can it be clear?
Solution: Check the wearing parts and replace the damaged parts to avoid damage to more parts.
Usually pay attention when spraying, do not open the pressure to the maximum, this will hurt the machine. Do not put paint or putty with particles and debris in the suction bucket. If the particles enter the pump body, it will damage the seals, steel balls, plunger rods, cylinder sleeves, ball valves, etc., which are not worth the loss.
After using the machine, it should be cleaned in time. Otherwise, if the paint or putty is dry, sticking the pump body will cause damage to the machine.
