 With the customer said, this coating can not dilute, artificial rolling coating is also very convenient, can not be constructed, artificial rolling coating at least a bucket to dilute several catties, but this single component of waterproof coating can not dilute, not only coating agglomerate, and will affect the construction effect!  

A customer with the paint besmear to hunter factory, we took 875 spraying sprayer, the temperature is low, coating and storage warehouse for a period of time, so at first some twists and turns, the material is not very ideal, then after some operation, this kind of coating is smooth with coated hunter 875 ultrahigh pressure waterproof paint sprayer jetted out smoothly.  

So how to operate it, how to spray this coating smoothly?  

1, the single-component waterproof coating needs to stir for at least 3 minutes, so that the coating is evenly mixed and completely without precipitation  

2, it is best to bask in the sun for half an hour, if there is no condition, this start 875 spray machine, start the heater, at least 20 minutes after heating spraying  

3, use large flow nozzle, otherwise easy to block the gun  

4. Use a new high pressure pipe. If it is an old high pressure pipe, ensure that there are no particles and old paint inside, otherwise it will be easy to block the spray gun.
